Shipping policy

1. Shipping & payment policy

A. We offer free shipping for prepaid orders in India for the jewellery ordered on the website. 

B. For cod, a flat 100rs for shipping.

C. Shipping of the product shall be done through our courier service provider.

D. We provide durable and exclusive tamper-proof packing and deliver it in an exclusive company labeled box. Delivery dates may differ for different products. At the time of placing the order & checkout, the delivery timeline would be clearly mentioned.

E. The company/website reserves the right to release information about the user or their order to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if required by the law or if authorized by a court.

F. For order within India, the payment will be made through razorpay.

2. Exchange & returns

A. No returns are allowed. We offer exchange if size broken/damage product delivered, wrong product delivered. Extra charges of rs200 must be paid by the customer for the exchange process. Package opening video is compulsory for exchange request. 

B. Product should be accompanied by original invoice. Submission of the original invoice is compulsory under the exchange policy.

C. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

D. Exchange of made-to-order/customized jewellery would be dealt by the company on a case-to-case basis.

 

3. Transit insurance

All goods/jewellery shipped is insured by the company/website during the transit process for any possible theft or damages, to ensure the user’s purchase is safely delivered.
